  • Once we get the returned item, we'll inspect it and update you on your refund status.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. The duration for the credit to appear depends on your card issuer.
  • Remember, shipping costs aren't refundable. If you had free shipping, its cost will be deducted from your refund.
